The online meeting of the BIOPLAT-EU working group presented the results of identification in Khmelnytskyi and Ternopil oblasts of lands that have not been used for agriculture for more than 5 years and could potentially be used for energy crops growing and further energy/fuel production. It was discussed with local stakeholders of Khmelnytskyi and Ternopil regions potential bioenergy value chains and barriers to the implementation of such bioenergy projects.
